Flush and Fill
Overview
Stinar’s SFFC-70-2, is the Mr. Clean of flush and fill carts. Designed for draining contaminated air vehicle coolant for storage in the cart and eventual disposal, the SFFC-70-2 flush mode eliminates residual contaminated coolant while the fill mode supplies the aircraft with fresh coolant. Featuring a de-aerator, all gases are removed from coolant in the system. Mounted on a two-axle trailer, the flush and fill cart consists of a 70 gal (265 L) coolant tank, 70 gal (265 L) waste tank and a coolant dispensing system.

STAINLESS STEEL TANKS
This is a team effort. The Stinar SFFC-70-2 flush and fill cart has a fresh coolant tank capacity of 70 gal (265 L) and waste coolant tank capacity of 70 gal (265 L). Both tanks are constructed from type 304 stainless steel, arc-welded and leak tested. With features like internal safety baffles, flow indicators, and level gauges, these tanks are dependable and effective.
CART CHASSIS
Stinar has the sturdy and mobile cart you need. Built with a robust steel frame, fixed rear axle and pivoting front axle, the Stinar SFFC-70-2 flush and fill service cart navigates with ease. The front axle assembly includes a steady towbar and front wheel brakes. The four pneumatic tires provide effortless movement from hangar to plane.
