Maintenance High Lift
Overview
Reliable and versatile, the Stinar Maintenance Lift Truck, model MHL-325, is the obvious favorite when it comes to aircraft service and maintenance. Mounted on an OEM chassis, the maintenance platform is attached to a hydraulically raised scissors mechanism enabling the platform to vertically reach 25 ft (7.6 m). With a capacity of 2000 lb (907 kg), and a 36 in (914 mm) extension platform, this premier lift can be used for endless tasks. Designed for the operator, this lift is built for all your service needs.

PLATFORM LIFT MECHANISM
Sky’s the limit. The Stinar-designed platform lift mechanism consists of a lower subframe mounted to the truck frame, an upper subframe attached to the maintenance platform and scissors. With a platform working range up to 25 ft (7.6 m), the mechanism is powered by two 3-stage, telescopic cylinders fitted with electrically released lock valves for added safety.
LIGHTING
The future is bright! Stinar’s MHL-325 lift has two LED work lights located on the driver and passenger side at the rear of the platform. In addition, two LED back-up flood lights are included as well as an LED amber flashing beacon with indicator in the cab. The platform deck has LED lights installed on the sides. These lights are solid when the platform is raising and flashing while the platform is lowering signaling to ground personnel the type of movement.
